What does Suite & Sandstone actually do?

We turn your existing Airbnb/Booking.com/PMS exports into a daily insight layer:
a clean dashboard, a 9am “what changed” alert, and a short AI explanation of key trends.
No extra software. No training. No logins for your owners.

Do we need to install anything?
​
No. Everything is built from the data you already export.
You upload your CSV files to your private folder, and we handle the rest.

Which PMS and channels do you support?
​
Most of the common systems used by small–mid PMCs, including:
Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Hostaway, Guesty, Cloudbeds, Smoobu, Uplisting, and Excel/Sheets-based exports.
If your data lives in CSV or Spreadsheet format, we can work with it.

Is the dashboard live?

The dashboard updates as soon as new data is uploaded to your secure folder.
Most PMCs choose daily refresh (every morning), but you can opt for 3-day or weekly updates during the pilot.

How long does the 30-day pilot take to set up?

Most PMCs are fully live in 5 days:

What if our data is messy?

If you can read Airbnb/Booking.com data, you can understand this dashboard.
And the daily alerts show you the important changes automatically.

How often do owners get updates?
​
We don’t give owners logins.
Instead, your team uses the dashboard + insights to push clearer, more proactive updates to owners (if you choose).

Are uploads secure?
​
Yes.
You get a private, client only upload space.
Your data is processed securely and never shared.
We do not store payment details or PII.

Do you replace our PMS reporting?
​
No — we build on top of what you already use.
PMS systems generate raw data; Suite & Sandstone turns that data into actionable daily insight.

What happens at the end of the pilot?
​
You choose whether to pause, continue month-to-month, or extend your plan.
There’s no lock-in, and you keep all dashboards created during the pilot.

What if we don’t upload data on time?
​
Your dashboard will simply show the last available snapshot.
You can upload at any point, and the next refresh will update.

Is there a contract?
​
No long-term contracts.
The pilot is a fixed price, and ongoing service is month-to-month.

Do you offer support?
​
Yes, during the pilot, support is included.
Afterwards, you get priority email support, and dashboard enhancements are available as add-ons.
